Living a dog's life is ruff.  More than likely we are either napping (my favorite thing to do) or out running around and testing new products (my sister's favorite thing to do)  in order to bring you the coolest products.   If you need to get a hold of us you can try calling us by name, but we don't always come when called so you will have better luck emailing us at info@zillyzoo.com.

Returns

If the item is defective please contact the manufacturer of the product and try to work out an exchange.  If you are not satisfied with the manufacturer's response, we understand there may be a need to return the item you purchased.  Due to the nature of our business we can only guarantee a refund.  We request you contact us at returns@zillyzoo.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return.   Once you have submitted that information we will send you a return number and address of where to return your item.  You are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item.  Once we receive the returned item we will either issue you a credit.  You will receive an email notification when we have received the returned merchandise and  the return process has been completed.  Again, we strongly encourage you to talk to the manufacture first, as they will probably provide you with a better exchange option.
