Do you only sell one item on this site?
Yes and no. We sell only one item for a 24 hour period. After 24 hours we then list a new item and sell if for a day.
When do you list a new item for sale?
We list a new item everyday at midnight central time.
What happens if I wanted to buy an item and it is sold out or I missed the item the day it went on sale?
Don't worry if you didn't get an item that you wanted. We will likely post it for sale again when we have more in stock. You will just have to keep an eye out and check the site regularly.
Is there a limit to the number of items I can order per day?
Yes, we limit the quantity to 1 per account per day.
How do we ship?
We ship using Fedex, USPS, or UPS.
Where do we ship?
We ship to the 48 continental United States.
How much do we charge for shipping?
A flat $4.95 rate.
What is your return policy?
If the item is defective please contact the manufacturer of the product and try to work out an exchange. If you are not satisfied with the manufacturer's response, we understand there may be a need to return the item you purchased. Due to the nature of our business we can only guarantee a refund. We request you contact us at returns@zillyzoo.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return. Once you have submitted that information we will send you a return number and address of where to return your item. You are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item. Once we receive the returned item we will either issue you a credit. You will receive an email notification when we have received the returned merchandise and the return process has been completed. Again, we strongly encourage you to talk to the manufacture first, as they will probably provide you with a better exchange option.

Living a dog's life is ruff. More than likely we are either napping (my favorite thing to do) or out running around and testing new products (my sister's favorite thing to do) in order to bring you the coolest products.
